As Marriage/Couples Coaches & Counselors and co-founders of Relationships Work, we believe that Relationships can Work. And as husband & wife, business partners, and parents, we know that Relationships take Work.  We’ve been practicing for 25+ years.

Our passion for helping couples create a lifetime of love and connection comes from our own desires for just that – a deep, genuine relationship with intimacy, passion and joy.

Lori: I grew up in a family where my parents divorced when I was 12 years old. I know the pain of a child trying to love the two most important people in her life when they no longer love each other. I was determined to create the marriage I never witnessed and have children who saw loving parents. 

Bob: Until my late 30’s I was convinced I would be alone, longing for deep connection and commitment, and at the same time fearing it. When I had my mid-life crisis and realized I might miss out on marriage and kids, I met Lori.

Together, we have journeyed through ups and downs like other couples, with a fierce commitment to get it right and a devotion to the family we created.

We founded Relationships Work to provide individuals and couples (straight and gay) with an an unprecedented level of relationship support – 24/7. We know the real work is done outside our office. In our private practice, we work with individuals and couples one-on-one and as a team in Couple-to-Couple© Coaching.
