A: We are the only entity which gives you a 1- stop solution for all marketing needs of holistic and metaphysical practitioners.  Most existing advertising platforms are mere directories. Being listed in those directories are a passive form of advertising. With us, your practice is not just listed on our platform, we actively promote you through our own events, publications, and social media. We give you access to educational resources in marketing specifically designed for holistic and metaphysical practices.

Your membership gives you means, ways, and tools to grow your practice faster and easier. All services are given at a great price. 

A: No matter what membership plan you select, your first month includes the following:

  1. We will post your profile on Better Life Solutions platform within the first 2-3 business days.
  2. We will email you a 1-year program (PDF file) with suggested marketing activities based on your membership level. 
  3. One of our marketing specialists will call you to discuss the specifics of your practice, your goals and challenges. Based on these factors, we will give you personalized suggestions for optimum results.
  4. We will run a SEO analysis of your profile. SEO analysis is a technical term which means identifying strengths and weaknesses of your profile content in regard to its searchability on the internet. If your SEO score is low, we will give recommendations for improvement.

    If you don’t find value in your membership, you can cancel it during the first 30 days. If you are satisfied, we will proceed with our marketing program.

A: Yes, you have 30 days to try things out.

A: Our system will reshuffle profiles in each category in a random manner once a month. We don’t prioritize profiles based on membership levels or client reviews.

A: You can cancel your membership during the first 30 days. Upon cancellation, your profile will be removed from our platform. If you decide to cancel after the initial 30 days, you will cancel your subscription renewal when your 12-month subscription ends.

A: You can upgrade your membership at any time. When you upgrade, you will receive a new one-year contract and a new membership program.  

If you decide to downgrade your membership, you can do it at the time of  the membership renewal.

A: No, it is not. The cost of your membership is locked for 2 years.

A: Even though we work with annual contracts, we offer affordable monthly payments. Your card will be charged monthly. 

A: The success of your practice depends on factors outside of our control. We will do everything we promise at the level of your membership. If for some reason, we cannot provide you with the service we promised, you will be refunded for that particular service. In all other cases, refund will not be possible.

A: No, you cannot. All our programs are designed to last at least 1 year. Growing your practice takes time and effort.

A: Your membership will be renewed automatically as long as we have a valid card on file. We will notify you if your payment info needs updates.

A: Yes, you can change or edit the content of your profile. Please contact us at support@betterlife.solutions in order to do it.

A: No, we do not use a 5-star system. We welcome reviews and testimonials, and we want to promote high quality service. Testimonials of unsatisfied clients can jeopardize one’s membership and may terminate it.
